The Cloud Infrastructure team builds and maintains the platforms and abstractions that let 1mind ship quickly, securely, and at scale. You’ll design and operate development and production platforms that underpin multimodal, low-latency AI experiences. We own the reliability of what we build, including participating in an on-call rotation for critical incidents.

This role plays a key part in our go-to-market engine — connecting data, systems, and execution across Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Product, and Finance. The Revenue Operations Analyst will support regional and global leaders by uncovering opportunities, improving operational performance, and turning insights into practical action. They will also identify performance opportunities by analyzing trends across revenue, churn, and cost, and translate them into actionable strategies for growth and efficiency.

Manage Product Initiatives from inception through completion while leveraging your excellent stakeholder management and program management skills, including crypto custody management and cross-chain liquidity management. Collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team to deliver critical product development programs and projects. Establish roadmaps and milestones, anticipate and manage risks, resolve technical and operational challenges.

As the Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager, helping shape Academy’s strategy as the team continues to evolve. In this highly strategic and cross-functional role, you’ll use data to inform decisions, turn ideas into structured plans, and drive execution across teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable impact as we scale Academy’s growth.
